This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to everyone who accesses or uses the Dangal Place website at dangalplace.com, operated by Sparrow Materials Group LLC. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related system; attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network; introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or otherwise attempting to disrupt, degrade, or compromise the integrity or security of the Site or any related service.
- Harassment. Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or otherwise harming any individual in connection with the Site or the application process.
- Misuse of the application process. Using the application form, resume upload, video response, or other intake mechanisms for any purpose other than genuine applications for contractor engagements offered on the Site.
2. Consequences of Violations
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- remove, reject, or disregard any submission or application that violates this Policy;
- suspend or block access to the Site from any individual or device we believe has violated this Policy; and
- take any other action we consider appropriate, including referral to law enforcement where warranted.
A violation of this Policy constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may affect any current or prospective engagement with us.
3. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
